The lift No. IX Remiaszów is again in operation from 5 January 2021.

From 5 January until 31 January 2021, lift No. IX Remiaszów and route No. 10 will be available for the purpose of training and competitions under the aegis of the Polish Ski Association, with provisions of the epidemic regulation of 21 December 2020.

The regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in relation to the epidemic outbreak, of 21 December 2020, in our case allows only operation of the ski resort in the above-mentioned scope.

At the same time, we hope that all fans of "snow frenzy" will be able to use the ski routes that we have prepared, after 17 January 2021. Until then, due to the legal provisions, only athletes (including children and adolescents) who have been mentioned in the text of the epidemic regulation, have this possibility.

According to the § 10, section 15 of the Epidemic Regulation: "Until 17 January 2021, business activities of the entrepreneurs under the provisions of the Act of 6 March 2018 - Entrepreneurs' Act, as well as other business entities related to sports, entertainment, and recreation (included in the Polish Classification of Business Activities in section 93.0), for organisation of sports competition, sports activities and sports event is allowed after the following conditions are jointly met:

1) only in the case of professional sport under the provisions of article 2, point 143 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (Official Journal of the European Union, L 187, 26 June 2014, page 1, with subsequent amendments), or athletes receiving sports scholarship referred to in the Act of 25 June 2010 on Sport (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1133), or athletes being members of the national team, or the Olympic team, or the Paralympic team, or doing sports within the league under the provisions of this Act, or children and adolescents participating in sports competition led by the relevant Polish sports association;

2) organising them without participation of the audience”.
