The countdown is on! From 7–9 August 2026, Kotelnica Białczańska will once again become the heart of an unforgettable summer celebration. Kotelnica Summer Festival is back with three days packed with live music, sporting excitement, regional traditions and attractions for the whole family.

Whether you're visiting Podhale with family, friends or simply looking for an exciting summer weekend in the mountains, there's something waiting for everyone.
Friday - A High-Energy Festival Kick-Off
The festival begins with one of its most exciting highlights - Hunt Run, the spectacular obstacle race that returns to the slopes of Kotelnica. Challenging courses, plenty of mud, determination and lots of fun make it a must-see event for both participants and spectators.
As the sun goes down, the festival stage comes alive with the first concerts, setting the perfect mood for an unforgettable weekend.
Saturday - Music, Entertainment and Family Fun
Saturday is all about enjoying the festival atmosphere. Throughout the day, visitors can take part in competitions, family activities, children's entertainment and numerous attractions across the festival grounds.
The concert programme features an exciting mix of musical styles, from rock and reggae to folk and world music. This year's line-up includes Big Cyc, Dr Misio, Cheap Tobacco, Hollywood Rose - Tribute to Guns N' Roses, Majestic, Papa D, Teresa Mirga i Kałe Bała, Karavan Familia, Lidiya Koycheva & Balkan Orkestra and Diiya.
Food zones, relaxation areas and stunning views of the Tatra Mountains will complete the perfect summer festival experience.
Sunday - Moskol Festival and an Official Polish Record Attempt
The final day of the festival celebrates the culinary traditions of Podhale.
During the Moskol Festival, we'll attempt to set the Polish Record for the Largest Moskol. Together with renowned regional chef Sylwester Lis and the team from Kotelnica od Kuchni, we'll prepare a truly record-breaking version of this traditional potato flatbread.
Visitors can also enjoy tastings, cooking demonstrations, competitions and a wonderful opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of the region.
Attractions Throughout the Weekend
Kotelnica Summer Festival is also a celebration of the living traditions of the Podhale region. Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy authentic highlander music, performances by local folk groups and the unique atmosphere of one of Poland's most distinctive mountain cultures. The programme also features two of the festival's most beloved traditions - the Harnaś of the Year contest, celebrating the spirit of the Podhale highlander, and the light-hearted Ceper and Ceperka of the Year competition, where visitors from outside the region are invited to join in the fun and experience the legendary Podhale hospitality.
During all three days, guests can explore partner zones, enjoy a wide variety of food, cheer on sporting events, take part in family activities and competitions, and visit the special military zone "Train with the Army", featuring equipment displays and interactive experiences.
All of this takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Kotelnica Białczańska, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains and a truly welcoming summer atmosphere.
